Till Supervisor / Administrator Position:
- General administrative responsibilities, including processing invoice documents, verifying transactions, collecting cheques, making cash deposits, auditing POS transactions, and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Accounts Receivable functions through the processing of incoming cheques and cash, or requesting invoices from Regional Finance team
- Provide Accounts Payable functions through the processing of external invoices
- Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices through Basware
- Coordinate with third party service providers and Regional Finance team on the reconciliation of invoices
- Mastery over the Point of Sales system to conduct monthly audit of cash floats, and the investigation of suspicious transactions and cash discrepancies, and reporting to compliance team
- Ensure accurate cash counting by verifying till balances, reconciling cash deposits, and identifying discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy and prevent losses.
- Responsible for expense management through Concur and/or petty cash
- Perform administrative functions such as event booking and coordination and flight booking for executives
- Liaison with the Airport Authority as needed
- Coordinating office and company events as needed
- Frequently checking email to ensure timely response to internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months in retail supervisory capacity
- A minimum of 12 months in cash handling experience
- 6 months in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Finance related experience preferred
- Excellent time management and analytical skills
- Independent and can work with minimal guidance or supervision
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, problem resolution, and mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be detailed, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal/external customers
