Accountabilities

Implement inventory and service level strategy defined for each operation.

Manage day-to-day relationship between Global Supply Chain and the operations as well as ensuring the defined replenishment process is being respected.

Be the main point of contact for Operations. Supervise data and stock level and quality of the Operations.

Support the with Operations Services Analysis, maintain the log sheet and follow-up on the defined actions.

 

Manage the operations replenishment process:

−Ensure forecasts are correct

−Ensure GPO parameters are correct, updated on a monthly basis and required adjustments are made where needed

−Prepare Operations purchase orders based on the DRP of GPO

−Finalize the Operations purchase orders during the conference call with the operations

−Ensure that the final Operations purchase orders are entered per the agreed upon order entry calendar. Enter sales order for novelties, promotions or other so called “push orders”.

Create and analyze the order line fill rate (exception report) for the Operation Purchase Order. Monitor Sales Order Status until delivery to the Operations.

Act as a Help Desk to solve claims, complaints and incidences.

Coordination with Operations & Global Category Managers: gather information about promotions, life cycle communication (exception reports), etc. Identify improvement opportunities in the coordination between Global Supply Chain and the Operations

 

Person Profile

Experience and Specific Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain management or related.

Student of Engineering, Business or other related field Desirable:

Experience in International Retail Companies,

Supply Chain and Logistics knowledge Analytical, organizational and negotiation skills Team player

Excellent customer handling skills and used to work with high precision
