PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

 

Mission – Actively participate to the development of the boutique in the airport environment, through the excellent management of the store & achievement of sales objectives, driving and supporting the Sales team as a coach as well as delivering exceptional service to the client.

Main Accountabilities

 

Team Management

  • Coaching & Development of the team
  • Training needs & follow ups

Client Management

  • Pro-active in recruiting new clients & prospects
  • Address client concerns
  • CRM/COSMO follow ups

Business Management

  • Manage the boutique to achieve sales & service KPIs
  • Spend most of the time on the Shop floor with client advisors and clients

Master of the boutique

  • Responsible for maintenance, follow ups on assortments, visual merchandising, respect of uniforms & grooming standards
  • Store stocks follow up and ordering process

Market knowledge

  • Profound knowledge of the PAX, Airport news, competition
  • Performance explanation and weekly reporting

 

Technical skills

  • Knowledge of store procedures/processes
  • Expertise in a similar, managerial position in a high-end luxury retail sales environment
  • Expertise in retail store operations
  • Knowledge of digital processes (CRM purpose)
  • Knowledge of Luxury business
  • Extensive product knowledge of luxury brands jewelry, watches and accessories products
  • Fluent in German and English
