Starbucks Barista Responsibilities:
- Create a warm and welcoming experience for every customer.
- Prepare high‑quality beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards.
- Provide prompt, friendly service and communicate clearly with customers and partners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Follow all operational, cash‑handling, and safety procedures.
- Stay calm and positive during busy periods and support the team as needed.
- Assist with stocking, cleaning, and daily store tasks to keep the café running smoothly.
- Work as part of a team, contribute to a positive environment, and support new partners during training.
- Show reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Strong relationship‑building and customer service skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to take on multiple tasks during each shift.
- Able to follow oral and written instructions and ask questions when needed.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with good time‑management and multitasking skills.
- Solid problem‑solving abilities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Barista experience is a plus.
- Food & Beverage experience is also a plus.
