HR Business Partner Global Functions

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The HR Business Partner Global Functions is responsible for providing professional HR support to Avolta's Global Functions based in 20 different locations worldwide. S/he will work closely with business leaders, aligning HR strategies and policies, consulting our Global Functions team members through guidance on talent, performance management and employee relations. The HR Business Partner Global Functions ensures that all HR practices support Avolta's business objectives and reports to the Head of HR Global Functions. The role is based in Madrid, Spain.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Acts as first point of contact for any HR-related questions for our Global Functions community

Is responsible for the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, including drafting employment contracts and reference letters

Drives and coordinates annually recurring and ad hoc review processes including personnel budget, pay, performance, promotions, global mobility, etc.

Ensures compliance with local labor law regulations as well as company policies

Manages HR policies and procedures across regions and countries to align with Global Functions processes

Develops, modernizes and implements various processes in close collaboration with the Head of HR Global Functions

Creates reports and uses HR Analytics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement

Supports global payroll processes by providing relevant documents and information to ensure accurate and on-time payment
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

At least 3 years of experience in an HRBP role in an international setting, working with geographically distributed teams and business partners

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or an HR Certification

Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (both verbally and written)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for reporting and data-driven decision making

Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint

High proficiency in using HRIS for employee and data management, experience with SuccessFactors is a plus
