PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Global People Technology Functional PMO Analyst supports the global rollout of SuccessFactors across 74 countries. The position holder will be pivotal in ensuring smooth implementation, supporting integrations and managing project governance. This position reports into the Global Head of People Technology and could be based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands or Madrid, Spain.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Functional & Technical Support

Provides expert knowledge on SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding

Acts as a liaison between People, Culture and Organization, Global IT, and external vendors

to translate business needs into system configurations

Assists with data validation, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Supports system troubleshooting and works with IT on resolving configuration or integration
Project Management & PMO Support

Maintains and tracks project plans, timelines, and deliverables for the Nexus Implementation

Supports RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log management and escalates risks proactively
-
Coordinates with global and regional teams to ensure alignment on project milestones

Assists in the preparation of status reports, steering committee decks, and executive updates
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

Partners with regional People, Culture and Organization and Global IT team to ensure local compliance and adoption of SuccessFactors

Supports the development of training materials and knowledge-sharing sessions

Assists in change management efforts, ensuring effective communication and user readiness

Acts as a point of contact for key stakeholders, fostering collaboration across teams

Stays current with SuccessFactors updates, releases, and best practices to provide informed recommendations and solutions
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum Qualifications
-
3-5 years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology or related field

Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting and/or Onboarding
-
At least one SuccessFactors Certification (EC, REC or ONB preferred)

Strong project coordination or PMO experience in global HR system implementations

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and project tracking tools

Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a global HR transformation program

Familiarity with SAP Integration, middleware or data migration processes

Knowledge of HR processes, compliance and reporting
-
Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (ITSM or HRSD)
