Role Profile

Key Accountabilities

 

SAP SuccessFactors Support: Provide expert support for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring the system operates smoothly and efficiently.

 

International Implementation Projects: Lead and participate in global implementation projects, ensuring successful deployment across various locations.

 

System Architecture Design: Actively participate in designing and developing the system architecture to meet business requirements and improve efficiency.

 

Team Collaboration: Support colleagues and collaborate effectively within the team to achieve project goals and maintain a positive working environment.

 

Incident Analysis and Management: Analyze and manage incidents related to the SAP Success Factors system, providing timely resolutions and minimizing disruptions to business operations.

 

 

 

Key Responsabilities:

 

 

Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Success Factors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Succession, Compensation, and Recruiting.

Collaborate with global business leaders and HR teams to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.

Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.

Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.

Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and training materials.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and recommend new features or updates.

 

 

 

Person Profile

Experience and Specific Requirements

Key Relationships

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in implementations or customer support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Good knowledge of SAP SF EC, RCM/RMK, ONB, P&G, COMP…

Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Knowledge of SAP IAS/IPS and People Analytics. Knowledge of SAP CPI.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Independence and commitment to the assigned tasks.

Good knowledge of English is required.

Experience working in international teams.
