The Global IT Digital QA Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Avolta’s digital platforms by leading QA strategy, managing third-party testing providers, and driving test automation. This role will oversee QA processes for key platforms, including Magento, SSO/CRM/OMS, Mobile Applications, PWA, Mini Apps, and In-Store Digital Platforms (Recruitment App), ensuring seamless and high-quality releases

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Define and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with business and technology objectives.
  • Oversee and manage third-party QA providers, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Monitor and analyze QA performance metrics, driving continuous improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with product owners, development teams, and business stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and security regulations.
  • Manage QA project timelines, resources, and budgets to optimize efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve quality issues, proactively mitigating risks in software development.
  • Drive innovation in testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.

 

Person Profile

Experience and Specific Requirements

 

  • 5-8 years of experience in QA management and coordination in a global organization.
  • Proven expertise in test automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, WebDriver, Protractor, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, Charles, SOAP UI).
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce is desirable.
  • Familiarity with performance/load testing and cross-browser/device automation.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based QA environments and AWS services (Lambda, IAM, DynamoDB, ECS, API Gateway) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, with a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
