Role Profile

 

As part of the Global Digital Loyalty Team, this role is responsible for creating and delivering compelling member propositions to drive repeat purchase, engagement and customer satisfaction

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Define and develop current and future loyalty propositions, balancing customer and business needs
  • Help shape the customer loyalty strategy in order to increase programme reach and usage
  • Influence and energise the local operations and other stakeholders around the vision for each proposition
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends through market analysis, benchmarking and customer insights
  • Continually review performance of propositions and identify any opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with CRM and digital team to ensure any propositions are brought to life in the best way possible, providing clear direction for marketing activations

 

 

Person Profile

Experience and Specific Requirements

 

  • Previous experience working on loyalty programmes in travel/retail sectors is highly desirable
  • Experience with end-to-end proposition development, from scoping to implementation
  • Experience running cross-functional projects in a complex matrix organisation
  • Able to analyse and manipulate data to create meaningful and actionable insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • > 3 years professional experience
