PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The CRM & Database Manager (Business Development) is responsible for utilizing strong project management skills to design, oversee, and enhance our business development database. This role is pivotal in ensuring data integrity and leading strategic projects to boost operational efficiency. Responsibilities include maintaining the CRM system, analyzing business development data, and implementing process improvements to support growth and strategic decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES
CRM & Database Management
- Implement, maintain, and optimize the CRM system to support business development.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance within development databases.
- Develop and execute data segmentation strategies to aid lead generation and pipeline tracking.
- Integrate CRM with business intelligence tools, marketing automation, and ERP systems.
- Provide CRM best practices training and support to business development teams.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze development data, lead sources, and pipeline performance for actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for strategic decision-making.
- Use data visualization tools to monitor trends in relationship management and engagement.
Project Management
- Lead cross-functional projects, including CRM enhancements, data migrations, and integrations.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in line with business goals.
- Collaborate with development, marketing, IT, and operations teams to improve CRM functionality.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions for successful completion.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maths, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in CRM management and database administration.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong understanding of data management, SQL, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English.
