Role Profile

Key Accountabilities

Responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, coordination of administrative tasks secure quality of delivered work and the operation and presentation of a professional office.

 

Assist Corporate Reception and Facilities Administrator in all task.

 

Facility administration:

Collaborate in maintaining of the office management.

Assist in fundamental jurisdictional control for the maintenance of the property.

Apply the established office and parking lot planning.

Responsible for administration of office keys, badges and central archive.

Responsible for Administration of company cars and leasing contracts.

Collaborate in monitor office moves.

Assist in maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies, incl. monitoring the use of supplies and equipment.

Inspecting the facility to insure all areas are kept in a neat, orderly, clean, safe, and efficiently operating condition.

Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and informing Corporate Reception and Facilities Administrator about any deficiencies.

Perform administrative tasks.

Act as substitute to the Corporate Reception and Facilities Administrator as requested.

 

 

Person Profile

Experience and Specific Requirements

Key Relationships

General administration/office experience, Previous experience as a Receptionist or Telephone Operator.

Desirable: Commercial education or certified hotel receptionist.

Excellent communication skills

Very friendly personality

Excellent MS Office skills
