Role Profile

Key Accountabilities

Assortment

Support listing process (manufacturers, brands, items creation)

Ensure up to date active assortment per country and logistic platform (listing/delisting)

Support range review process

Promotion and advertising fees invoicing process

Set-up in relevant tools promotion activities as per agreed plan per country

Set-up Advertising fees as per agreement negotiated by global category manager with global brands

Support A&P team in invoicing process by validating calculation and analyse/clarify any discrepancy

Coordinate with marketing team and local team POS communication changes

Promotion and digital strategy

Coordinate with supply chain team and global brands demand planning for upcoming promotional activities

Ensure good level of stock availability during promotion activities

Coordinate with brands and local team on-site retail execution of activations (stock, FOC goods, POS communication, fixtures….)

Reporting

Support reporting process

Retail execution

Support definition, creation and maintenance of up to date planograms for main stores

Commercial Plan

Assist preparation of CP for each country

Assist implementation of CP

 

 

Person Profile

Experience and Specific Requirements

Key Relationships

Bachelor degree, entry level position.

Desirable: Travel Retail experience.

Analytical and financial problem solving profile

Good communication skills

Able to adapt quickly according to business priorities

Team player

Able to work and interact with multicultural teams located in different regions

Develops hypotheses, diagnostics and derives findings

Expert on data extractions and interpretation across systems and regions

Self-driven and reliable, works independently

The capability emphasis might change for the different reporting lines
