The Team is counting on you as a Stock Supervisor to:

 

  • Have open / flexible availability and be able to work mornings, afternoons & evenings on weekdays and weekends

 

Purpose

 

The Stock Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Warehousel Manager with day-to-day functions of the warehouse, working with the merchandise and resolving issues using a retail management system, as well as communicating with external vendors in the interest of the Distribution Centre. 

 

Specific Requirements

 

  • Provides excellent service to internal and external customers in receiving, processing and distributing merchandise and supplies to stores
  • Complies with delivery schedules; accurately, timely, and efficiently processes deliveries
  • Utilizes the SAP ERP system to manage acurate inventory for the warehouse operations
  • Follows all security and safety procedures established by the Company and Branch
  • Reviews incoming orders and advise Supply Chain Planners, DC Manager, and Customs Manager
  • Administrators of errors and/or discrepancies in the shipment, and assist in resolutions by directly communicating with the vendors.
  • Ensures that information from related ordering and receiving forms are processed according to company standards and are correctly entered into the SAP ERP system.
  • Assumes responsibility for effective communication, coordination, and working relationships between vendors
  • Ensure the timely processing invoices and credit notes
  • Directly communicate with vendors on discrepancies, missing invoices, and other logistics duties as needed.
  • Performs the duties of the Customs Manager through the clearance of shipments, monthly reports, and other logistics functions in the absence of the Customs Manager. 
  • Performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or leadership team of which the team member is capable of performing.

  • Essential: High school diploma. 
  • Desirable. SAP experience preferred
  • Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, detailed correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with external business partners
