About the Program 

Our 2025 Intern Program Experience will be conducted throughout the course of 10 weeks.  You will work one-on-one with your team to complete department specific project work and have the opportunity to attend learning and development sessions.  You’ll wrap up your internship with an end of summer presentation to our senior leaders and executive team. 

Role Profile – You will be a part of exciting projects that will include: 

• Participating in special projects to improve company performance in the categories or sales, cost and /or labor.  

Person Profile - Experience and Specific Requirements: 

Though all current degree seeking applicants are welcome to apply, we give special consideration to candidates who are majoring in finance, accounting, marketing, management information science (MIS) or data-science, and/or have a demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit. Besides having a basic knowledge and/or general interest in learning about Business Analytics/Data Science, you should have: 

• Experience with tools commonly used for financial analysis including Microsoft Excel  

• Experience with visualization software such as PowerBI preferred!  

• Experience with data query languages such as SQL or programs for data transformation such as python or R is not required but should be noted in the application.  

• Keen attention to detail and a willingness to participate in presentations of results. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 

• Ability to work independently
