About the Program
Our 2025 Intern Program Experience will be conducted throughout the course of 10 weeks. You will work one-on-one with your team to complete department specific project work and have the opportunity to attend learning and development sessions. You’ll wrap up your internship with an end of summer presentation to our senior leaders and executive team.
Role Profile – You will be a part of exciting projects that will include:

Assisting with organization of architectural plan standards, external brand design standards/materials, and proprietary brand standards for restaurant & retail locations throughout North America. Assist with document sharing and distribution of the same.

Assisting with reviews of and enhancements to project management & document management systems related to new store construction and reinvestment.

Participating in design review meetings and assisting with recording key decisions, documenting next steps, and circulating the same to key stakeholders.
Person Profile - Experience and Specific Requirements:
Though all current degree seeking applicants are welcome to apply, we give special consideration to candidates who are pursuing majors and concentrations such Architecture, Interior Design or Construction Project Management. Besides having a basic knowledge and/or general interest in learning about design and construction in restaurants and retail stores, you should have:

Basic understanding of design development workflow, architectural plans/details, project scheduling, and general construction knowledge.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project or similar, Smartsheet or similar.

Project management skills and ability to manage work to deadlines is strongly desired

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Knowledge of Auto Cad is a plus!

Ability to work independently
