About the Program
Our 2025 Intern Program Experience will be conducted throughout the course of 10 weeks. You will work one-on-one with your team to complete department specific project work and have the opportunity to attend learning and development sessions. You’ll wrap up your internship with an end of summer presentation to our senior leaders and executive team.
Role Profile – You will be a part of exciting projects that will include:

Attending Facility Development and Design Meetings

Assisting with market research and analysis including Zone Analysis, Concept Planning, Comp Set Analysis, Sales Analysis, KPI analysis including but not limited to Labor and COGS

Working cross-functionally with multiple disciplines including, but not limited to: Culinary, Adult Beverage, Marketing, Business Development, Business Finance, Legal, Design & Construction, Sustainability, Supply Chain, and Operations
Person Profile - Experience and Specific Requirements:
Though all current degree seeking applicants are welcome to apply, we give special consideration to candidates who are pursuing majors and concentrations such as: Business Management, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Marketing, and Design.

Basic understanding of Food & Beverage and/or Hospitality Operations, Flow, and Function.

Knowledge of Food & Beverage Trends and Market Affinities

Strong Self Starter with the ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously

Basic Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge

Knowledge in the following is a plus:

Restaurant operations and management

Auto Cad / Revit / Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator)
