About the Program 

Our 2025 Intern Program Experience will be conducted throughout the course of 10 weeks.  You will work one-on-one with your team to complete department specific project work and have the opportunity to attend learning and development sessions.  You’ll wrap up your internship with an end of summer presentation to our senior leaders and executive team. 

 

Role Profile – You will be a part of exciting projects that will include: 

  • Assisting in consolidating financial reports from multiple systems into a standardized format. 

  • Assisting with weekly and monthly forecasting 

  • Variance Reporting & Analysis 

  • Supporting the integration of data sources to improve reporting efficiency. 

  • Working with stakeholders to identify reporting gaps and recommend process improvements. 

  • Helping to automate financial reporting processes using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools. 

  • Performing data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness. 

  • Documenting reporting procedures and best practices for future reference. 

  • Supporting ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests. 

 

Person Profile - Experience and Specific Requirements: 

Though all current degree-seeking applicants are welcome to apply, we give special consideration to candidates who are pursuing majors and concentrations such as Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related fields. Besides having a basic knowledge and/or general interest in learning about financial reporting and process consolidation, you should have: 

  • Basic understanding of financial statements and reporting principles. 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and experience with reporting tools (Power BI, etc.) is a plus. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
