This Beauty Advisor (SK-II) – Full Time Job Is For You, If You Would Enjoy:
Provide a complete shopping experience for our customers including enthusiastic, helpful assistance and expansive knowledge of the full range of SK-II products. The primary responsibility is customer service and sales through exceptional communication skills and artistic ability. In addition, this position will maximize sales potential, team building and maintenance of impeccable customer service and presentation standards.
Your Team is counting on you as a SK-II Beauty Advisor to:
- Have open availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Work a Full-Time schedule
Specific Requirements
Customers
- Provides exceptional world class customer service through consistently demonstrating Company selling techniques.
- Ability to professionally sample products as applicable.
- Inspiring customers to express their individual beauty by providing them with a complete shopping experience, including enthusiastic, helpful assistance and product knowledge of fragrance requirements.
- Conduct product demonstration and skin analysis on customers to assist in building their skincare regimen.
- Recognize the unique needs of customers by tailoring recommendations based on the needs of the international consumer
- Provide friendly and informed information about the brand as well as the full range of products available in the store
People
- Communicates Customer and product feedback/issues to Manager.
- Inform Management of any Health & Safety Issues
- Handles customer objections appropriately and professionally at all times
Sales & Operations
- Practices good counter practices.
- Maintains quality store visual merchandising and cleanliness standards, ensuring merchandised and displayed as per brand standards.
- Replenish stock based on brand shelving guidelines and company policy.
- Place counter product displays and change product testers when needed.
- Expected to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Assists in ensuring store inventory on-hand is correct and assists with inventory counts.
- Maintains store and brand image by adhering to dress guidelines.
- Upholds brand and company standards which include grooming, counter appearance and service delivery.
- Ensures work area is kept clean and organized.
- Practices safety consciousness at all times.
- Performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or leadership team of which the team member is capable of performing.
Experience/Skills Required
Essential:
- Minimum of 2+ years of SK-II beauty sales experience
- Skincare and luxury experience is a must.
- Mandarin an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills and demonstrable experience in dealing with difficult customers.
- Ability to effectively manage customer expectations and build loyal customer relationships.
- Aware of market-leading skincare brands and their unique selling points
- Knowledgeable about skincare regimens, ingredients, skin types
- Clearly understands shopper behaviour in travel retail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be completely reliable.
- Relates well to all people, across cultures, genders, ages, and knowledge of skincare products
- Excellent Organizational skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must meet expectations of current position and no performance issues on file.
- Flexible availability. Scheduling required: Opening shift as early as 4am and Mid Shifts as late as 9:30-pm.
Physical Requirements:
- Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store
- May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision
