Key Responsibilities

Finance

  • Accurately count and reconcile daily cash and credit deposits from multiple registers and stores

  • Verify safe contents at opening and closing

  • Process invoices, freight payables, and resolve account discrepancies

  • Create and review purchase orders and receiving documentation for compliance

  • Perform vendor communication and reconciliation

  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry, coding, and documentation

  • Meet monthly accounting calendar deadlines

 

Sales & Operations

  • Ensure all store and financial paperwork is complete and accurate

  • Order and manage store supplies

  • Assist with register operations when needed

  • Manage general office tasks (calls, letters, filing, faxes)

 

People & Communication

  • Communicate with warehouse personnel to ensure document compliance

  • Report cash discrepancies to Supervisors and Operations Manager

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Warehouse, Sales, and Management)

  • Provide excellent customer service to travelers and external vendors

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts payable and account analysis

  • Secondary school graduate or equivalent

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

 

Preferred:

  • Experience with SAP or inventory management software

  • Associate’s Degree or higher in a related field
