This Dunkin' Crew Position is for you, if you enjoy:
- Whipping up delicious food and beverages to meet Dunkin' and Hudson standards and delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Dunkin' Crew Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers as they enter the cafe/store with a friendly smile.
- Efficiently and accurately take food and beverage/coffee orders.
- Food Handling: Light cooking on the Grill
- Operate a cash register efficiently, including cash handling and credit card transactions
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Help customers navigate the store and answer their questions about our menu
- Be knowledgeable about the surrounding businesses and Airport areas
- Report pricing, out-of-date, and inventory issues to management.
- Stock merchandise and keep an eye on inventory levels.
- Help maintain a neat and clean cafe/store, including sweeping, dusting, and taking out the trash
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience operating a grill and handling food/preparing beverages
- The ability to interact with diverse personalities
- The ability to lift 40 pounds
- Experience operating a cash register
- Previous food & beverage experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
