Your Team is counting on you as a Assistant Store Manager to:

Provide flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends & holidays

Assistant Store Manager Key Responsibilities:
-
Communicate necessary information at the beginning of shift, including targeted Sales, promotions and new products, company policies and procedures.

Organize and coordinate shift plans.
-
Track the daily sales, Analyze if any issue in the shop might be affecting the weekly sales, and communicate it to the Terminal Manager.

Oversees specific category and/or brand, including product RTV, price changes, merchandising standards, TSRP and promotional changeovers.

Improve the Customer experience through excellent operation standards (cleaning, stocking, front facing etc.). Monitor and improve store standards.

Guarantee the shop standards are in place, ensuring correct pricing and checking expiry dates.

Supervise inventory counting at the end of shift, conduct staff bag checks.

Assists in preparation for Full inventory count, ensuring that the staff and areas to be counted are prepared and ready for the count.

Coordinate cycle counts as per operational requirements.

Implements marketing strategy, ensuring product supply and coordinates team.

Assume Terminal Manager’s responsibility in his/her absence.

Compliance to all Loss Prevention practices and protocols.

Ensures all health & safety protocols are adhered to at all times
Required Qualifications:
-
Three years of retail store management experience. Multi-store management experience required for multi-store location.

Ability to manage, consult, and help plan daily activities with General Manager, Operations Manager, and other Supervisors

One or more years working as a supervisor in a retail setting
-
Experience working in a retail setting
-
Provides supervision and support to store staff
-
Works with on-site sales representatives
-
Approachable and interactive leadership qualities
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-
Good time-management skills and multi-tasking abilities
-
Good problem-solving skills

High School Diploma or equivalent
