As a Sales Associate, you'll be at the heart of providing exceptional service to our customers at Houston Hobby International Airport. (HOU) Greeting and assisting customers with customer service duties, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a fantastic shopping experience! 

 The perfect candidate has:

• Prior experience in retail; delivering excellent customer service
• Open availability; Being flexible to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
• Open to working in airport environment.
• Able to pass a FAA background check.
• Pay Rate is $15

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers with a friendly smile
• Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees and store management
• Know store layout to assist customers in their selection of product and be able to answer customer questions about the entire store
• Effectively operate a cash register and process Credit Cards transactions
• Follow all company policies, cash handling policies, and special store loss prevention procedures
• Communicate pricing, out of date and inventory issues with management
• Protect all company assets, stock merchandise in stores and backrooms
• Organize all damaged, outdated. and returned products.
• Inform management of any out-of-stock situations
• Help maintain a clean, organized store, including sweeping, dusting, straightening of merchandise, and trash removal
• Places stock orders, receive freight, load, and unload trucks
• Assist with ongoing stock replenishment to the sales floor
• Assists in inventory and reconciliation of inventory variances
• Perform related work as assigned 

Required Qualifications: 

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities 
• Be able to stand for duration of shift 
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Prior Customer Service experience a plus!
• Good time-management skills and problem-solving abilities
