This Customs Coordinator Position Is For You, If You Would Enjoy: 

  • Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing the customs compliance and regulations for our Duty Free operation 
  • Working at William P. Hobby International Airport 


Your Team is counting on you as a Customs Coordinator to: 

  • Provide flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends & holidays 
  • Work a full-time schedule 


Customs Coordinator Key Accountabilities: 

  • Files entries and obtains US customers and FDA releases for all freight being imported and exported 
  • Maintains comprehensive permit files for US Customs 
  • Reconciles daily inventory counts 
  • Maintains branch and warehouse in compliance with US Customs regulations 
  • Assists/ supports with warehouse administration tasks 
  • Attention to detail regarding reporting 
  • Ability to use SAP system, Excel, Microsoft systems etc. 
  • Maintain a Duty Free branch in compliance with all US Custom Federal regulations andperforming all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management 


Required Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency in Excel, running and creating functions, pivot tableand charts  
  • 1-3 years working with in a Data Entry or Data Analysis role 
  • Experience working with Customs, and Customs processes 
  • SAP experience 
  • Good time-management skills and multi-tasking abilities 
  • Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers 
  • 1-3 years of accounting experience 
  • Approachable and interactive leadership qualities 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Good problem-solving skills
