  • Inspiring customers to express their individual beauty by providing them with a complete shopping experience, including enthusiastic, helpful assistance and product knowledge of Beauty Products 

  • Working at the George Bush Houston International Airport



• Service:

o To provide every traveling customer an outstanding customer service experience.

o To be professional at all times, embracing the brands’ DNA and keeping our customers’ needs always in best


• Selling:

o Reach daily goals established by the brand.

o Work outside of the counter whenever possible to recruit customers and increase penetration.

o Identify customer needs by using open-ended questions

o Use selling tools effectively and offer exceptional advice and share expert knowledge.

o Be able to link sell all categories (colognes, bath & body, and home) to increase items per transaction and upsell to bigger sizes to increase ticket.

o Ensure customers are introduced to latest/new products as well as our exclusive travel sets.

o Take the lead and execute small events on counter to drive retail sales


• Product Knowledge:

o Actively participate in education meetings

o Complete all learning modules on TR U App

o Have a clear understanding of products and be able to communicate benefits to customers and provide a personalized recommendation

o To be aware of competition activity and new product launches


• Stock control:

o Highlight out of stock to the brand.

o Ensure testers displayed are in good shape and complete


• Image:

o Ensure the high standards portrayed by the brands are always reflected

o Uniforms must be worn at all times

o Counters must follow current merchandising guidelines and be kept tidy and presentable.

o Stores must always be VIP ready


• Working relationships:

o Establish and maintain good working relationship with store manager and Terminal manager as well as other Beauty advisors.

o Ensure all required information is communicated to Brand on a timely manner.


INTERNAL Qualifications:

• Experience o Previous sales experience required

o Great customer service

o Great communication skills

• Be adaptable to change and able to work early morning and night shifts if needed
