What We Will Offer You: 

• Hourly Pay Rate of: $18.00

Our Grill Cook Responsibilities: 

• This is a FOH and BOH combo position at Flatwood Grill at Greenville - Spartenburg Airport! 
• Grill, and cook meats, vegetables, and other foods as per recipes or customer specifications.
• Take orders and running register; credit card and cash transactions.
• Ensure all food meets company standards for taste, appearance, and freshness.
• Follow health and safety standards, keep the grill area sanitized, and store food properly.
• rack ingredients and report any shortages to ensure supplies are available.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
• Work alongside other kitchen staff to fulfill orders efficiently, including assisting with prep work when needed.
• Be knowledgeable about the surrounding businesses and Airport areas
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness in fulfilling customer orders.
• Stock merchandise and keep an eye on inventory levels.
• Help maintain a neat and clean cafe/store, including sweeping, dusting, and taking out the trash
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
   

Required Qualifications: 

• Experience operating a grill and handling food
• The ability to interact with diverse personalities
• The ability to lift 40 pounds
• Previous food & beverage experience
• A high school diploma or equivalent
