About the Program 

Our 2025 Intern Program Experience will be conducted throughout the course of 10 weeks.  You will work one-on-one with your team to complete department specific project work and have the opportunity to attend learning and development sessions.  You’ll wrap up your internship with an end of summer presentation to our senior leaders and executive team. 

Role Profile – You will be a part of exciting projects that will include: 

• Assisting with promotional program data management and consolidation of data into one platform (Airtables) 

• Assisting with creation of client performance portfolios and business reviews 

• Assisting with Promotional Fixture Merchandising of CPG products  

• Assisting with Real Client Sales Pitches 

• Assisting in store product layouts and planograms  

Person Profile - Experience and Specific Requirements: 

Though all current degree seeking applicants are welcome to apply, we give special consideration to candidates who are pursuing majors and concentrations such as: Business Management, Retail Management and/or Marketing. Besides having a basic knowledge and/or general interest in learning about customer engagement and vehicles to drive sales, you should have:  

• Basic understanding of creating Power Point presentations that include sales performance, industry trends and proof of performance 

• Knowledge of databases such as Airtables; an understanding of UPC, product description, cost, retail and margin is a plus! 

• Microsoft Office - Power Point and Excel  

• Strong attention to detail 

• Ability to work independently
