About the Program 

Our 2025 Intern Program Experience will be conducted throughout the course of 10 weeks.  You will work one-on-one with your team to complete department specific project work and have the opportunity to attend learning and development sessions.  You’ll wrap up your internship with an end of summer presentation to our senior leaders and executive team. 

 

Role Profile – You will be a part of exciting projects that will include: 

  • Organizing a brand directory, including proprietary brands, to support building our concept development dashboard 

  • Supporting the Concept Development team with creating RFP materials and assembly  

  • Partnering with Marketing & Communications teams to review all airports food & beverage concepts web presence across all platforms 

 

Person Profile - Experience and Specific Requirements: 

Though all current degree seeking applicants are welcome to apply, we give special consideration to candidates who are pursuing majors and concentrations such as: Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Retail Operations Management, Marketing Analytics or similar majors. Besides having a basic knowledge and/or general interest in learning about food and beverage management, restaurant and bar concept creation, brand identity, and hospitality operations you should have:  

  • Basic understand of the food & beverage industry and hospitality operations 

  • Knowledge of analytical tools and social media marketing 

  • Be adaptable 

  • Infinitely curious 

  • Strong communicator 

  • Basic Microsoft Office Suite knowledge 

  • Ability to work independently
