Your team is counting on you as a MAC Assistant Manager to:

·       Assist with overseeing two MAC Stores.

·       Manage a team of beauty artists/advisors, ensuring exceptional customer service and achievement of sales targets.

·       Provide flexible availability to work any shift, including weekends & holidays

 

MAC Assistant Manager  Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert knowledge on MAC products, trends, and techniques to both staff and customers.
  • Collaborate with leadership to manage multi-unit operations effectively.
  • Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash counts and shift management, following company policies.
  • Demonstrate makeup tutorials to our customers and share your expert knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the team to keep our displays fresh and restock products.
  •  Participate in training, education, and store meetings.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency, keep the brand experience seamless.
  • Manage Payroll and Expenses by optimizing staff productivity, manage labor efficiently, and keep monthly expenses within budget.
  • Enforce policies to protect assets, and reduce shrink by monitoring high-risk areas.
  • Work with the marketing team on brand promotions and look for new growth opportunities.
  • Plan and execute special events to drive sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with customers, team members, landlords, suppliers, and supervisors Monitor and report staff performance.
  • Manage inventory preparation and accuracy

 

MAC Assistant Manager Qualifications: 

  • ·       Experience in the cosmetic field, sales and makeup application
  • ·       1-2 years of experience as Supervisor or 1 year manager in a retail service-oriented environment.
  • ·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • ·       Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • ·       Professional attitude, flexibility, and a positive approach to change.
  • ·       Availability to work 35-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
  • ·       Some unpacking and packing of materials when restocking supplies.
  • ·       Ability to stand for almost 8 hours at the counter.
