You’ll be leading our Shared Services Centers Internal Control System function for the Finance community globally. In this capacity you’ll be responsible for managing the execution of internal controls in Financial Shared Service Centers and for identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.

  

Your main responsibilities

  • Execution of monthly ICS programs
  • Maintenance of the design in relation to process controls
  • Consulting local and regional teams about the execution of the controls and documentation
  • Reporting of results to Global Finance ICS Head and ultimately Board of Directors
  • Follow up on control deficiencies and streamlining control approached across the group
  • Sharing of best practice and provide training to teams
  • Strive for control automatization
  • Coordination of ICS audit by internal and external auditors and monitoring of open audit requests for all our Financial Shared Service Centers globally
  • Follow up on audit findings/ management letter

  

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance and certified accountant (Dutch, Swiss, US CPA or similar)
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in the area of Finance/Internal Control or related field, preferably experience in a global Big4 organization and Shared Services Centers
  • Solid consolidation know-how
  • Knowledge of the specifics of the Retail and/or Food & Beverage Industry of advantage
  • IT savy with good knowledge of SAP and consolidation software; experience in Workiva would be a plus
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive effective implementation and find pragmatic solutions
  • A good team player with hands-on approach
  • Good communication skills in English a must, any other language an advantage
  • A flexible, initiative and open-minded personality, reliable and self-driven
