Comments of Former Dufry Trainees:
"I have been working for Dufry since 2003. I have started as an Intern at Dufry do Brasil
in region 5 and in February 2010 Dufry provided me with the great opportunity to join
the treasury team in the headquarters. Both experiences complete each other. After
having worked in the operation, working in the headquarters made me understand
how regional decisions can affect the whole group."
"My career in Dufry began one year ago, when I joined the Rio de Janeiro International
Airport's intern staff. Working as an intern promoter of relationship I had the
opportunity to put into practice various subjects learned in the classroom of
advertising. After eleven months, I was promoted to supervisor promoter relationship. I
had full assurance of the challenge and responsibility that would lead a team of 23
interns. However, determination, dedication and goal have always been key words in
my life. As Relationship Promoter Supervisor and a former intern, I know that I can
motivate and encourage a lot of other interns."
"While I was studying International Business Management, I worked for Dufry several
times as an intern in the Human Resources department in the headquarters in Basel.
It was a great opportunity to have this practical approach added to my studies and I
learned just as much during my internships as I did in the classroom. It was in 2007
when I first started in Dufry and three years later, I was offered a contract. I really
enjoy working for such an international company since you get to know people from all
over the world and there is so much you can learn from each of them."
