To reinforce our team we are looking for:
Operations Project Manager
Job outline
Enhance the Retail Operations community in all operational aspects working closely with Regions and Business Units and identifying best practices within community
Coordinate training programmes in close collaboration with Regional Retail Operations Directors and HR department
Lead and control the implementation and follow-up of the sales incentives programme
Lead and control the implementation of the Dufry standard processes and procedures (project Modus)
Identify performance drivers of business models
Coordinate and support operational processes in collaboration with the Regional Retail Operations Directors, ensure and follow-up their correct implementation
Coordinate the Group Retail Operations visit review
Controlling (Audit) support
Support the Retail Operations Community in their IT projects from a business point of view
Report to Group Retail Operations Director
Requirements:
At least 4 to 5 years experience in Project Management
Experience in Retail Operations is an asset
Strong analytical and financial skills
Excellent communicator with very high social skills and ability to communicate on all hierarchical levels
Fluent English is a must, any other language an asset
Willingness to travel (approx. 25 - 50%)
