Global Master Data HelpDesk EMEA Manager

Job outline

- Purpose: 

Data creation for Local Assortment for EMEA and resolution of MD incidents in EMEA Countries.

- Tasks and Responsabilities: 

Manage the EMEA MD HelpDesk team to accomplish the following: 

1. Ensure data creation of Local Assortment requested by the Countries is completed within established SLAs;
2. Ensure that all incidents raised by the Countries are resolved within the established SLAs;
3. Weekly calls with Country counterparts to review completion status and pending topics;
4. Weekly performance status report for Global Master Data Head;
5. Continues review of processes and incidents root cause and improvement proposals; and
6. Support Global Master Data Head with any other topics which arise.

Requirements:

- Required education:

Degree in Management, engineering or relevant field.

- Required product Knowledge:

Knowledge in SAP or Gamma appreciated
Minimum 1 year experience of team management
Fluent in English and Spanish
Excel, PPT, Word
