Service Attendant

Job outline

§Your primary responsibility is Customer Service: always follow the 5 rules of 1st Class Service
§To provide high standard of quality and speedy service.
§To prepare and serve beverage orders according to the established service sequence and procedures in the food and  beverage manual.
§To collect all general requisitions and food and beverage requisitions.
§To fully understand and adhere to the Departmental Operations Manual 
§To provide friendly way, professional attitude and good knowledge  about all  duties
§To undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager and Team Leader
§Check stock daily to ensure that all products are adequately stocked and available for use
§To assist in all stocktaking and inventories and report discrepancies
§To ensure  that  the service station, Bar  and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all  times
§To give the best food & beverages  product, and to control the quality of the products
§Maintain a clean and well-organized back-stock as well as employee break area
§To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and  beverage items
§To be both financially and materially responsible for any discrepancies in the bar
§To bill the guest according to his consumption
§To assume full responsibilities of all orders from the guest in his assigned section
§To handle guest enquires in courteous and efficient manner
§Perform best cashiering, waiters and bartender functions
§To be completely familiar with the manuals and procedures of the company and the department and adhere to it
§To maintain good relation with colleagues who work on the scheduled location and with the rest of the companies employees and departments
§To be responsible for the acquisition of goods, acceptance and proper use and storage of the same
§To carry out all duties that were reasonably asked from F&B Manger and location Supervisor
§Be consistently accurate in money handling (fill the cash list, collect money from cash register and submit it to head cashier


Minimum 2 years of Food and Beverage experience
Good command of English and additional languages as applicable for operation
