Division Marketing Core Manager

Job outline

  • Plan and budget for marketing and communication activities for each financial year.  Oversee marketing expenses, manage cost control and marketing KPIs for all marketing activities;

  • Formulate and develop an annual calendar for the region and category-specific marketing and communication activities to promote the products and services of the company, including advertising, promotions, outposts, awareness campaigns and events, CRM, digital, content  and social media management;

  • Constantly and consistently review actual vs. target performance of each marketing activity and KPI to establish areas for improvements and continuous development;

  • Prepare marketing presentations/documents to support tendering and new business development projects;

  • Manage external and internal stake holders, airport authorities, marketing agencies and the head office;

  • Obtain market intelligence, monitor and competitive analysis of the latest industry development as part of the drive to ensure constant sales and new business opportunities generation;

  • Uphold and maintain the integrity and corporate image of the company at all levels with both internal and external parties.



  • Degree in Business or Marketing disciplines, MBA a plus

  • At least 5 years’ experience in leading strategic marketing planning initiatives for MNCs serving diverse market/product segments and nationalities;

  • Work experience in TRAVEL RETAIL companies is A MUST

  • Hands-on experience in leading marketing programs and able to meet tight schedule effectively with track record of success;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong commercial sense and business acumen

  • Creative, innovative and enthusiastic in working and developing new ideas/store concepts to drive business growth and success all the times;

  • Proficiency in MS Office and preferable with knowledge in Photoshop

  • Based in Hong Kong
